Sentimental Fools

This editorial came to life in Charleston alongside a masterclass led by Brittany Boote, as part of Hybrid.

Most of the day lived within the grove at Lowndes Grove, where the light filtered through the trees and shaped everything naturally.

The ceremony was anchored by a dramatic drapery installation by The Social Spool, creating structure within the openness without taking away from the setting.

At the table, florals by Sweet Root Village and layers of Spanish moss kept the design grounded and connected to place.

As the day shifted, so did the feeling.

Texture became everything.

Linens from Reverie Social and foundational pieces from Snyder Events added depth without excess. Soft, layered, and intentional.

Captured by Wild and Roam and EverJune Films, with beauty by Kelli Collective and wardrobe from Carine’s Bridal, Oscar de la Renta, and Monique Lhuillier Bride.

Nothing overdone.
Just light, texture, and space working together.
