$3,000 deposit + 10% of total event cost
You have the setting picked out and some key vendors booked. From there, leave the immersive design and puzzle-piecing to us. We’ll conceptualize and execute a custom atmosphere in addition to finding and managing your remaining vendors. Day-of event production management and vendor coordination are also in this deck of cards.

Your story – the muse. Our skill – the medium. This team will procure every element, selecting the ideal location, design, materials, artists and with the finesse to pull it off uniquely well. The result is a work of art for you and your guests to get lost in.

Every sight, sound and taste you experience is an opportunity to say something meaningful, but more importantly, to make a lasting impact.
Share your honest impressions, preferences and wildest dreams. The more insight we have into your history and dynamics, the more your event will be a true reflection of you. We’ll meet about once a month (or every other) in person or on the phone, and then weekly the month before your wedding.

While we have developed an impressive rolodex of much-loved vendors and connections over the years, each couple and wedding is unique. We hand-select small businesses and fellow innovators with diverse and refreshing perspectives — compiling a unique list for each event.
Do you have preferred vendors you like to work with?
This depends on how large your event is. For the most pivotal moments of a wedding, for example, we typically have three professionals on-site to facilitate the experience. However, we’ve had as many as double that for larger celebrations.

From the overall aesthetic to the minute details, we’ll lead all design elements of your event. This includes color palettes, decor (skee-ball installation anyone?), creative direction and any personalizations. The cherry on top? Custom event wardrobe styling (we’ll identify the best selection of designers based on your signature style and schedule fittings too).
Scouting, selection, and coordination of your venue are completely taken care of. We’ll research and tour your favorite locations and then recommend the best path forward. If you’ve already found the dream location, let us know so we can remove that from our list.
Sourcing from our widespread connections and the best in the industry, we’ll take care of booking, coordinating and communicating with all vendors.
