Sentimental Fools Events planned an iconic art-forward wedding celebration at The REACH, at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C.. The celebrations started at Lyle Washington DC as the bride and groom-to-be hosted an intimate welcome dinner for loved ones. They were invited with custom invitations from Goods Gang. Bibi Abelle gave our couple matching heart envelope tattoos before their big day, permanently memorializing the weekend. Calen Rose perfectly captured every moment, big and small.
For their ceremony, they had an intimate rooftop vow exchange with loved ones atop Lyle Washington DC. They said 'I do' overlooking the city with wild greenery at their backs. Our chic bride wore a perfect Danielle Frankel silk dress while her groom wore a Christopher Schafer suit.
From there guests made their way to The REACH for a stunning dinner and reception. Intricate moss installs, created by Pomona Floral, added interest to the earthy design and artistic space. The white linen tables were crisp and clean with pops of green in the form of olives and cocktails. We utilized chic rentals, to achieve this surrealist design, from Social Supply Design, Party Rental Ltd., Table Manners DC, and BBJ La Tavola. Occasions Caterers provided the meal, while Cocktail Curations and Banhez Mezcal Artesanal mixed up delicious drinks for guests to sip on.
Guests enjoyed a video of the couple projected on the wall, prior to kicking things up a notch on the dance floor. Pure Cane Sugar kept the mood up and vibes high as music rung throughout the venue space. The dance floor was packed as guests surrounded the newlyweds for an evening of dancing. We absolutely loved every pop of green, piece of texture, and unique detail for Brenna & Jeff's D.C. wedding! Such a charming celebration.
